Bonus points for telling me who sings the song called Tiny Dancer (a great song, I might add). ![]()
My little niece had a birthday yesterday. She loves pink and she loves to dance.![]()
I remembered Dana (from MADE) posted some cute ballet bags she made, so I followed the general idea of her Hobo Sack Tutorial to make this bag. I used my silhouette to cut out the shape of the ballerina onto freezer paper. I found some comfortable pants she can dance around in to put inside the bag. ![]()
One easy and cute present for the adorable birthday girl!![]()

Such a great bag! Love the tulle, really finishes it off so nicely. She'll love it!
Elton John! I wish my girls were still in dance... I'd have to make them a bag like that =)
"....Ballerina, you must have seen her dancing in the sand. And now she's in me, always with me, tiny dancer in my hand ....." One of Elton John's best! I can only imagine she'll love it!
My niece would adore this. Love that gray and black fabric. Thanks for the inspiration. And yes, that is a great song!
I thought Tony Danza sang that ;)
I totally snorted at Bethany's comment. Okay, adorable bag. You make such great stuff, Christie.
